This is the Memorial Holiday Day weekend. I give honor to all who died in military service to United States of America.
I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. All of Psalm 121
The 23rd Psalm
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.
Those who had accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and died fighting for us, are missed beyond what any words could describe. But we can praise the Lord, because they have passed from death unto life e.g. eternal life with God the Father through Jesus Christ.
